Students, you are required to fill out the registration form with a parent or legal guardian.
Form One Registration is from May 20th, 2025 to May 30th, 2025.
Kindly take note of the following:
1. Have a picture of your Social Security card. The image must be no more than 3 MB in size.
2. Have a picture of your report card. Upload only official school documents.
3. Transcript (Transfer Students only)
4. The above mentioned documents can be uploaded in the following format:
