Students, you are required to fill out the registration form with a parent or legal guardian.
Registration for second form students is on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023.
Registration for third form students is on Wednesday, July 5th, 2023 and Thursday, July 6th, 2023.
Registration for fourth form students is on Friday, July 7th, 2023.
Kindly take note of the following:
1. Have a picture of your Social Security card. The image must be no more than 3 MB in size.
2. Have a picture of your report card. Upload only official school documents.
3. Transcript (Transfer Students only)
4. The above mentioned documents can be uploaded in the following format:
